1. Class A Rules
Defiance of these rules will result in an IMMEDIATE BAN from all {CPD} servers.
These rules include the following:
A.1. No racial slurs are permitted, whether written or oral
A.2. No anti-religious comments are permitted, whether written or oral
A.3. No repeated use of foul language (i.e. swearing), whether written or oral
A.4. No hacking or cheating
A.5. No repeated TKing or Team Wounding
A.6. Failure to obey the direct orders of an Admin following numerous warnings
2. Class B Rules
Defiance of these rules will result in an IMMEDIATE KICK from the server.
These rules include the following:
B.1. No use of foul language (i.e. swearing), whether written or oral
B.2. No spamming
B.3. No badmouthing {CPD} or police officers
B.4. No impersonating a {CPD} member
B.5. No remaining in Spectator mode for a long period of time
B.6. Failure to obey the direct orders of an Admin
3. Class C Rules
Defiance of these rules will result in a WARNING.
These rules include the following:
C.1. No TKing or Team Wounding
C.2. No disrespecting other players
C.3. No wearing the {CPD} tag on your name unless you are a {CPD} member
C.4. No Spawn Camping
C.5. {CPD} members CANNOT alter their original name when on the server
------- IF YOU WERE BANNED AND WOULD LIKE TO BE UNBANNED... -------
1. Login to the {CPD} Forum.
2. In the General Discussion section, there is a thread entitled “Ban Discussion”. State your case in full detail including any witnesses, {CPD} members if possible, that were present when you were banned.
3. Please be respectful and patient. Someone will get back to you ASAP.

------- PROCEDURES FOR REPORTING INNER-CLAN DISRESPECT -------
1. Note date/time of disrespectful behavior.
2. Note member responsible for disrespectful behavior.
3. Note any members who witnessed the disrespectful behavior. Should no other member(s) be present, note any frequent non-members on server at time disrespectful behavior occurred.
4. Note in full detail the nature of the disrespectful behavior, citing any exact quotes and/or screenshots whenever possible.
5. Email the above information to Panther, {CPD} Board Chair (Panther's email can be found on the Members Only page of the website)
6. Please be respectful and patient. You will receive a response ASAP.
------- PUNISHMENT FOR DISRESPECTING MEMBERS/NON-MEMBERS -------
Depending on the severity of the disrespectful behavior, punishment may include any (or a combination of) the following:
1. Suspension from servers for one week or more.
2. Suspension from the forum for one week or more.
3. Loss of Admin Rights (if applicable) for one month or more.
4. Time served in Purgatory.
5. Discharge from {CPD}.
6. Ban from {CPD}.
